I can't believe that we're already 31 weeks into this whole thing! I know that the rest is going to fly by quickly too with our hectic summer schedule. We started working on the basement this morning, which is really exciting. It will be nice to get that done before the baby comes. The baby is kicking like crazy and now has reached up into my ribs! She/He put on a show last night on my left side...we just sat and watched. It was crazy.

Weekend in Minnesota!
We went to visit Angela's family this weekend in Minnesota! It was nice spending time with Avery (will be 2 in August) and new baby Reese! Brandon and Zach had a ton of fun golfing while all the girls went shopping. It was nice to spend time with them, as we don't get to see them as much as we'd all like!

Parent's Weekend
Last weekend, we had our parents up for the weekend as a "thank you" for all of their help with our wedding. We went to the Farmer's Market and Mallard's Game on Saturday. Brandon even got to "air guitar" on the field! Then on Sunday, we went on a Betty Lou Cruise. It was kind of a chilly weekend, but we had a ton of fun spending time together.

2nd Ultra Sound
We had our second ultra sound today. Everything looks good again and we'll find out in a few days how big the baby really is compared to what is expected. The picture/screen was really fuzzy and she explained to us that the best ultra sound pictures are at 20 weeks. Then after that the baby gets crowded and the pictures aren't as good. We got to see a good profile this time and the baby's feet were up over its head. He/She was also constantly sucking on its fingers and wrists. Too cute. We saw all the major organs again and they seem to all be there, not that we really know what were looking at.
In the first picture, the baby is facing up and you can see his/her nose, arms, and hands. The second and third picture are the same...profile, ear, nose, open mouth, and hand going into/towards the mouth.
