Our little angel is here! She suprised us on Monday, August 3! Mommy's water "broke" at 2 in the morning and the rest is history. We went to the hospital at about 7 a.m. and she arrived at 7:24 p.m. She is 5 lbs 4 oz. and is 17 1/2 inches long. She got to stay in the room with us until about 10 last night and then they decided to take her to the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) because her breathing wasn't great and she wouldn't eat. So, she's still there and they tell us that today will be a big day for her. They are slowing taking away the oxygen and fluids and we're going to try to get her to eat again today. So, we will just go sit by her all day! Brandon is a great daddy already. He went down to visit her several times last night.
She is beautiful! I agree with Brandon that she looks like Michelle. You both look great after a long day!
